**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will **coordinate **new starter training and provide a high level of efficient administrative support to the Learning & Development team. You will have overall responsibility for scheduling and coordinating for the contract, and will manage the content for training delivery. You are resourceful, and efficient, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Personal integrity and personal values consistent with Serco's governing principles
- Certificate IV TAE or equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in Call/Centre BPO environment will be highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in developing training material
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
