About the role
Join our High-Risk Foot Clinic and play a vital role in preventing, detecting, and managing complex foot conditions that transform lives. You will work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, delivering care that improves outcomes and empowers patients to live more comfortably, confidently, and independently.
What you'll be doing
Support older adults through the Commonwealth Home Support Program, helping them stay safe, mobile, and independent in their own homes.
Provide podiatry care to regional communities across New England with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, including Inverell and Moree (rural travel and overnight stays may be required).
Work within New England Community Aged Care Services, collaborating with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, Aboriginal Health Workers, nurse practitioners and others to deliver person-centred care.

Who we're looking for
Registered/eligible to register with the Podiatry Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Experienced in managing high-risk foot conditions.
Organised, proactive and confident with documentation.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Empathetic, patient-focused and committed to aged care.
Flexible and willing to travel for rural outreach (overnight stays allowed).
Current NSW driver's licence; able to travel distances greater than 150 km from Tamworth.
