About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds and emerging skills and interests of children. A key focus will be creating a stimulating and responsive learning environment that caters to children's strengths and abilities.
We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual who can maintain accurate records of development and continuously reflect and improve children's learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
* Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that supports children's physical and mental well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of programs and services.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
