Our client is expanding a young, specialist neurodevelopmental clinic on Sydney's North Shore and is seeking an ambitious Psychologist or Neuropsychologist to join early and help shape the next stage of growth. The role suits a commercially minded clinician who enjoys ADHD, Autism, cognitive assessment pathways and post-diagnostic therapy. Start with 1-2 days per week, with scope to increase as referrals continue to grow. What's on Offer
* Contractor agreement with 60/40 split, with the option to switch to employee down the track.
* Session fees of $220-$250, equating to approximately $132-$150 per session before tax and contractor costs
* Increasing post-assessment therapy demand, creating opportunity to build a consistent caseload across ADHD, Autism, executive functioning, anxiety and adjustment support
* Start with 1-2 days per week, allowing a sustainable ramp-up while you help develop therapy pathways, referral systems and future programs
* Potential senior, lead or future equity-style pathway for the right person, offering genuine scope to build something beyond a standard diary-filling role

* AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Educational and Developmental Psychologist, or Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar
* Experience with ADHD, Autism, cognitive assessments, learning difficulties, NDIS reports or post-diagnostic therapy
* Ideally 2+ years of experience, with strong report-writing standards and interest in helping grow a specialist service
