We are seeking a high‐calibre Structural Foreman with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience to join a landmark high‐rise mixed‐use development on the Gold Coast. This large‐scale project includes a multi‐storey tower, integrated retail precinct, and premium lifestyle amenities, requiring strong leadership across complex structural delivery.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the structural package, driving program, safety, and quality from early works through to structure completion. This role suits a hands‐on leader experienced in delivering technically demanding high‐rise builds within top‐tier environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all structural works including:
o Deep basements and foundations
o Jumpform / core systems and vertical elements
o Suspended slabs, post‐tensioning, and high‐volume concrete pours
* Coordinate multiple trades across tower, podium retail, and amenity zones
* Drive critical path activities including cycle times and vertical progression
* Maintain strict compliance with WHS, QA, and Tier 1 safety standards
* Work closely with engineering and design teams to resolve complex buildability issues
* Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and sequencing
* Oversee site logistics within a constrained, high‐density urban environment
About You
* Proven experience as a Structural Foreman with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
* Strong background delivering commercial high‐rise or mixed‐use projects
* Advanced understanding of high‐rise structural sequencing and methodologies
* Demonstrated ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors
* Strong focus on safety, quality, and program delivery
* Trade qualification (Carpentry / Formwork or similar preferred)
* White Card (essential)
