Our client is an Australian project homes builder with 30+ years experience in the industry, known for their quality constructions, who are currently building upwards of around 300+ new homes a year across NSW.
About The Role
* Client engagement and problem-solving
* Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to construction commencement
* Maintaining the CRM system and provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
* Coordinating & obtaining various planning documents such as CC / CDC, DA applications etc.
* Preparation and coordination of site files, contracts, schedules and meetings
About You
* Experience in a similar role is essential.
* Experience within the Residential Construction sector
* A passion and keen interest to pursue a career within the building industry
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
* Strong IT skills and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
