Pay and Allowance
$39.85 – $68.53 (qualification and experience pending) + Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional

Responsibilities
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the center leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
