Key Responsibilities
* Lead an effective construction, engineering, project services and support team to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the project.
* Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met.
* Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team.
* Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture.
* Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention.
What you'll bring
* A customer‑centric mindset and strong value of safety.
* Proven site‑based Project Management experience executing major multi‑disciplinary (SMP E&I) $100M+ resource construction contracts for a Tier 1 contractor.
* Experience managing large scale multi‑disciplinary workforces. Background in Electrical will be highly regarded.
* Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline.
* Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high‑performance team.
* An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.
* Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions.
* Sound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards.
