Offer description

Establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect, Amazon's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), and drive revenue and market share.


Job Responsibilities

* Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
* Develop and execute against a sales plan.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
* Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
* Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience.
* 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
* Experience developing detailed go to market plans.
