Mitre Transport and Logistics – Kewdale WA
We are seeking a semi driver to start immediately. The candidate should have MSIC or be willing to obtain it. Road Ranger experience is preferred, or someone willing to learn.
Responsibilities
* Drive semi-tractor with appropriate licenses and compliance
* Apply load restraint using chains and straps; ensure safe loading of steel, machinery, and other heavy or irregular loads
* Occasionally undertake hand-off work and coordinate with other drivers to fill runs
* Assist with MC/HC tipper work, primarily grain and offal, in a pocket road train
Requirements / Qualifications
* MSIC or willingness to obtain
* Punctual and safety-conscious with a good understanding of load restraint
* Road Ranger experience preferred, or readiness to learn
* Open to starting as casual to assess fit
