We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you'll be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, employee relations, and HR projects.
You'll play a key role in helping to deliver HR strategy and operational services across the business, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting meaningful change.
This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same, and your ideas and energy will be valued from day one.
Here's a snapshot of how you'll make an impact:
Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, and development
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
Coordinate HR reporting, analytics, and compliance activities
Support HR projects including D&I, engagement surveys, and other programs
Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, payroll inputs, and system updates
Lead talent acquisition activities, managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent
To be successful in the role, you will have:
3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable)
Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and policies (Fair Work Act, EEO, etc.)
Experience using HCM systems and managing recruitment processes
High attention to detail, solutions-focused approach, and a collaborative mindset
Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.
