Lynas Rare Earths is an established ethical and environmentally responsible producer of rare earth materials, we are the world’s only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China. Our rare earths deposit is one of the highest-grade Rare-Earth deposits in the world, boasting a mine life of 20+ years. The Rare Earths are mined and put through our initial processing at our Mt Weld site. Mt Weld will supply Rare Earth concentrate to the Kalgoorlie plant, where the Kalgoorlie plant will complete the cracking and leaching stage of processing.

**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working at our office in Perth office,
The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating all transport and logistics activities and support the Mt Weld and Lynas Kalgoorlie operation
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administer the planning and tracking of Logistics, Transportation and Shipping
- Provides Logistical and Freight support and guidance to all Internal and External Customers, in a timely solution focused manner.
- Create Purchase Requisitions and Receipting against the respective Delivery Docks / Tax Invoices.
- Generate Transport and Shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with Transport / Import / Export regulations and compliance
**Requirements to the role**
- Proven experience in a logistics, procurement,
- Dedicated and have positive attitude skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and proven ability to learn industry specific software
- Experience liaising with freight forwarders, shipping companies and/or road freight operators
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in data analytics and reporting
- Possess a proactive and collaborative approach to being a problem solver
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
