The Role
You will oversee day-to-day HVAC mechanical installation on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors while ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
Responsibilities
* Supervising HVAC mechanical installations on site
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trade teams
* Monitoring programme, progress, and quality of works
* Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
* Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and site stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience in a Site Manager or leading hand role within the HVAC/mechanical industry
* Trade background in refrigeration & air conditioning or mechanical plumbing preferred
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation
* Solid communication and leadership skills
* White Card and relevant licences
Package
Up to $150,000 base salary + Car + Superannuation + Tools of Trade
