While core compliance experience is required, we'll provide you with training and support to grow into more technical tax areas.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage client relationships while providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.Prepare tax effect accounting calculations, consolidated tax returns, fringe benefits tax (FBT) returns, and private binding rulings.Advise on international tax issues, such as offshore expansions and CFC (Controlled Foreign Company) regimes.Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A;) transactions and corporate restructures.Deliver technical training sessions within our tax division and firm-wide.Manage budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), and billing on allocated jobs.Supervise and mentor accountants and graduates to support their professional growth.Stay connected to the profession through active participation in relevant committees and industry bodies.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking ForA bachelor's degree in accounting (or similar) and progression towards/completion of CA, CPA, CTA, or MTax qualifications.2-5 years' experiencein tax compliance or business advisoryExperience preparing income tax returns, financial statements, and FBT returns.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto engage effectively with clients and team members.A detail-oriented mindset with strong time management and the ability to juggle priorities.Click 'Apply Now' to take the next step in your career.
