Lead a Dual Property with Significant MICE, Wedding & Events Operations
Lancemore Macedon Ranges is a boutique hotel offering bespoke experiences to our guests. Each member of the team plays a vital role in the success of our conferences, events and the overall guest experience.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster General Manager to lead our dual properties in the region. With recent expansion into new markets, this role will have oversight over both properties and drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive exceptional financial results through exemplary cost control and revenue management.
* Provide operational and strategic direction to the hotel management team to ensure we are providing a memorable guest experience.
* Drive exceptional employee engagement and retention.
* Require deep and broad F&B experience (multi-outlet, banqueting, a la carte).
* Manage the complexities of significant MICE, Wedding, & Events operations.
* Build your leaders through a combination of hands-on management, coaching and mentoring.
* Communicate professionally and effectively with all key stakeholders.
