Branch Financial Specialist

At our Campbells Branch in Alice Springs, you will be responsible for the branch's financials, ensuring they are closely monitored and reported correctly and on time.
You will also handle processing customer payments, reconciliation of customer accounts, answering account queries, debtor reporting, new accounts, general account maintenance, customer rebates, and credit note finalisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for branch accounts payable and receivable. You will ensure all end-of-week and end-of-month financial reports are completed and reported on time.
Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported;
* Process customer payments and manage debtor relationships;
* Prepare and present financial reports to management;
* Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions;
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

* Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Proficient in Excel, spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Word, and PowerBI.
