Responsibilities: Deliver compelling presentations of finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers. Collaborate closely with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate, and finalize finance deals. Oversee the F&I process, including documentation collection and submission. Drive sales performance and meet or exceed dealership targets. Offer insurance and warranty products to cash customers. Requirements: Proven experience in Finance & Insurance, preferably within the automotive sector. Proficiency in computer systems and tools. Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs. Accountability and commitment to achieving F&I goals. Detail-oriented with a professional and optimistic outlook. Excellent interpersonal skills for nurturing internal and external relationships.
