Customer Service Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Launceston TAS.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues for customers over the phone or email.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in an efficient manner
* Stay up-to-date with our products and services, using this knowledge to enhance customer experience
* Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing
* Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
Requirements:
* Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essential
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment
