We challenge our students to find meaning and value in their lives, develop communal obligations and aspirations, espouse values which unite society, infused by a commitment to social justice, and become compassionate and contributing members of our world.About The RoleThe Employee Services & Safety Administration Officer is a newly created role that will assist with administration, auditing, quality control, and other compliance matters to support the effective and efficient operations of the ESS directorate, which includes sub-teams of Human Resources, Injury & Illness, Payroll, and WHS.
This is a varied role and would suit someone with strong administration skills, with an interest in any of the above areas.You will join 17 ESS colleagues, working closely with the HR team, and reporting to the Manager, Human Resources (or delegate).
You will be based within the head office (Catholic Education Services), where we provide professional services and system-wide support to our schools and colleges.Work RequirementsExperience in providing high-level administrative support to individuals or teams and knowledge of various administration functions.Intermediate computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.Hold a current driver's license.Hold a Working with Children Blue Card.Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education.Demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education.What we offerAnnual Leave with 17.5% leave loadingAccess to salary packaging options to maximize your salary12.75% Employer Superannuation ContributionsAccess to long service leave after 7 years of continuous service14 Weeks' paid parental leaveAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramTo ApplySelect 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
