The opportunity

As the first point of contact for LPE customers and stakeholders, you'll deliver calm, practical help across phone, email and our ticketing system. You'll handle move-ins/move-outs, billing questions, low-level complaints and early-stage payment support, ensuring every interaction is timely, accurate and professional.

What you'll bring

What you'll do

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager in a small team of 5, you will:

1. Respond to general enquiries with empathy and efficiency across phone and email
2. Set up account activations and move-ins/move-outs; liaise with site stakeholders
3. Troubleshoot billing and usage concerns in partnership with our Billing team
4. Arrange payment plans, manage early debt activity and disconnection notifications
5. Support customers experiencing hardship via established processes and guidelines
6. Keep accurate notes and follow compliance requirements every time
7. Collaborate with your team and the wider business to improve how we work
