The Position
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the business, supporting our finance brokers, managing administrative tasks.
This will involve:
- Supporting finance brokers with deal preparation and submission to lenders.
- Reconciling daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Answering phones and managing office enquiries.
- Overseeing compliance and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Assisting with IT support and staff setup (systems, access, hardware/software).
- Preparing and maintaining accurate internal reporting for management.
- Helping build and maintain a positive, skilled team culture.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in finance, lending, or brokerage administration (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
