Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in our CRM system.
Attend weekly live webinars and collaborate with internal teams in continuous company improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in the personal development, education, or wellness industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
