The opportunity

QBE is seeking two experienced Talent Acquisition Partners to join our Talent Acquisition team on fixed-term contracts, supporting hiring across our Group Corporate functions. These roles offer significant exposure to senior leaders, complex and strategic recruitment, and the opportunity to deliver talent outcomes that shape QBE at an enterprise level.

Your new role

Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio, you will deliver hiring outcomes that directly support QBE's strategic priorities and global agenda.

* Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, from job briefing and search strategy through to offer and onboarding, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
* Develop and execute targeted direct sourcing strategies for niche and hard to find talent.
* Partner with regional Talent Acquisition teams to deliver hiring across multiple locations and geographies.
* Acting as a market expert, providing insight and advice on talent availability, sourcing approaches and hiring risks.
* Deliver a high-quality, inclusive and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders at every stage.

About You

* Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally supporting Finance, Risk & Compliance and/or Technology & Operations portfolios.
* Strong capability in direct sourcing, including proactive search and pipeline development.
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
* Comfort working across multiple roles, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to candidate experience and inclusion.
* Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work at pace to deliver against tight deadlines.
