A leading international insurer is launching and scaling its operations in Australia. We're seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to execute and stabilize our supply chain operating model, covering repair operations, logistics, warehousing, and inventory flow to support market setup and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support setup of the Australia supply chain network, including repair partners, warehouses, logistics providers, and inventory flows aligned with the operating model.
* Drive partner onboarding, SOP implementation, SLA readiness, and go-live preparation for repair and fulfillment operations.
* Own day-to-day execution of operations, ensuring service levels, turnaround times, quality, and cost targets; manage third-party vendors with accountability for SLAs and KPIs.
* Monitor performance metrics, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvements through data analysis and root-cause investigations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or repair operations, ideally in consumer electronics, after-sales services, or device protection.
* Proven experience in market launches, vendor management, and transitioning to BAU operations in fast-paced environments.
* Data-driven with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; excellent stakeholder communication and adaptability.
