We are seeking an experienced Senior Road Designer to join our team. In this key role, you will play a vital part in designing major transport infrastructure from concept through detailed design.
* Advanced proficiency in 12d and Civil 3D software
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in road design
* Detailed knowledge of Austroads and TMR standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
* To produce high-quality road designs using 12d and Civil 3D
* Manage the delivery and deadlines for design projects
* Mentor and support junior designers to develop their skills
* Review and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
* Liaise effectively with clients, councils, and authorities
