The Role
We're looking for a motivated Signwriter / Print & Signage Production Team Member to join our crew.
This is a hands-on, varied role that covers everything from printing and fabrication to installs on-site. No two days are the same — one day you might be wrapping a vehicle, the next installing signage or helping bring a creative concept to life in the workshop.
If you've got a great attitude, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn the craft of signage from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in the full signage process, including:
* Large format printing & print finishing
* Vinyl cutting, weeding, laminating, and application
* Signage production and fabrication
* Vehicle wraps, decals, and graphics
* Installation of signs on-site (indoor & outdoor)
* Preparing jobs for production and installs
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
* Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results on time
What We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything — attitude matters more than experience.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is keen to learn and grow in the signage industry
* Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
* Has a positive, can-do attitude
* Is reliable, punctual, and respectful
* Enjoys working in a creative, hands-on environment
* Works well in a team but can also take initiative
* Is physically capable of hands-on production and installs
Bonus points (but not essential):
* Experience in signage, printing, or trades
* Vinyl application or wrap experience
* White Card
* Driver's licence
