About This Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to lead HR and WHS functions across our growing multi-site health service. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and compliance.
* Maintain and develop internal systems to streamline HR processes.
* Provide expert advice on industrial relations, Fair Work, and workplace investigations.
* Drive continuous improvement in HR/WHS processes and systems.
* Manage employment contracts and oversee employee assistance programs and return-to-work initiatives.
* Lead performance review and development plans across the organisation.
* Supervise HR support staff and assist in accreditation/compliance frameworks.
* Support quality audits and organisational accreditation programs, including ISO, AGPAL, WHS, and other regulatory frameworks.
