* Litigation or dispute resolution experience, with strong skills in assessing evidence, building a case and preparing persuasive submissions;
* Exposure to administrative law, regulatory environments or decision-making frameworks (highly regarded but not essential);
* Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interpret legislation, manage competing priorities and build effective working relationships.
* We provide 12 weeks parental leave irrespective of primary or secondary carers.

Please note:

* That we reserve the right to close this advertisement early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
* You must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident or have unlimited working rights in Australia to apply for this position.
* This position may require the preferred candidate to undergo a Criminal History Records check. A criminal history does not necessarily disqualify a prospective candidate from selection.
