About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Quality Management function.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
As National Head of Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that our System of Quality Management (SoQM) meets the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Oversight and management of our SoQM to ensure it aligns with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements;
* Compliance monitoring and reporting to ensure adherence to professional standards, legal obligations, and network policies;
* Internal Monitoring Program (IMP) oversight and coordination across service lines, including annual reporting to the Board and Moore Global;
* Quality and ethics advice/training to the Board, National Quality Committee, and firms as needed;
* Oversight and coordination of external reviews/investigations, including CAANZ, ASIC, TPB, PCAOB;
* Risk management and remediation support;
* General quality-related matters.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience working in a professional services/compliance environment;
* A qualification in CA/CPA;
* Excellent communication, presentation, research, and interpersonal skills;
* Previous training delivery experience;
* Demonstrated expertise in APESB standards, ASQM 1, ASQM 2, APES 110, APES 320, ethical frameworks, and regulatory requirements;
* Familiarity with international quality and ethical standards and frameworks;
* Ability and willingness to travel interstate and internationally.
