. We're on the lookout for an
organised, motivated, and tech-savvy Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant
who's ready to take ownership of day-to-day office operations and support our growing team.
From day one, you'll be an integral part of our business—helping to keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our office, systems, and accounts processes operate efficiently and professionally.
About the Role
As an
Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant
at Ricaya, you will:
Manage the daily administrative operations of the office with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with
basic bookkeeping
and
accounts tasks
using
Xero
.
Support
project and job management
using
WorkflowMax
.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
Maintain organised
filing systems
and ensure accurate record keeping.
Create and post content for Ricaya's
social media platforms
to showcase our projects and culture.
Help implement and streamline
office systems
and processes to improve productivity.
Provide general administrative and team support where needed.
What We're Looking For
Proficient in
Xero
,
WorkflowMax
,
Microsoft Word
, and
Excel
.
Excellent phone manner, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
Prior experience in a similar
admin, accounts, or office management
role preferred.
Ideal for someone

Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and handle client enquiries.
Perform filing and maintain document organisation.
Assist with bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable.
Manage project information and update job tracking systems.
Create basic social media content and assist with marketing updates.
Support the setup and maintenance of new systems and workflows.
Role Details
Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
? Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast
