A typical day will likely include diary and meeting management, correspondence workflow and drafting presentations and briefing documents. You will also provide executive support to the Director, Development and undertake special projects involving research, the compilation of data and the preparation of reports.About YouWe are interested in candidates who hold relevant tertiary qualifications and subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.Your career to date will have afforded you the ability to demonstrate:Proven successful experience in providing high-level executive support in a complex and dynamic environmentExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to calmly and successfully manage competing priorities, multiple deadlines and several projectsThe ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships within the Advancement office, the University’s senior executive and their support teams, across the University and externallyA high level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to be adaptable and flexible, and work proactively, both independently and as part of a team.What we can offerThis is a full time, continuing opportunity based at the Gold Coast.As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.HEW 6 Salary - Base range - $91,843.49 - $97,964.71 + 17% super.
