They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring consistent compliance, continuous improvement, and the delivery of exceptional outcomes across fabrication, installation, and project delivery.
The Quality Manager will:
* Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the QMS in line with ISO standards and client requirements.
* Oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes, documentation, and inspections.
* Manage non-conformance reporting, investigations, and closure with root cause analysis.
* Conduct quality audits and maintain audit-ready records for clients, regulators, and third parties.
* Act as the key point of contact for all quality-related issues with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Train and engage teams to build capability and maintain a proactive quality culture across the business.
About You
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager in structural steel fabrication, construction, or heavy industry (essential).
* In-depth knowledge of QMS frameworks, inspection processes, and ISO requirements.
* Strong track record in managing NCRs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across site teams, suppliers, and leadership.
