Job Title:
Senior Telecommunications Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the telecommunications environment, including internet, data, video, and voice networks over IP and non-IP technologies.
* Assist the Telecommunications Architect with new technology implementation.
* Become a subject-matter expert for ongoing BAU support.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience.
* Recognised industry certifications or relevant work experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing a complex telecommunications environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a commitment to quality system support and customer service.
