Leasing Consultant - Entry Level Opportunity - No Weekends

This role would suit either an entry-level candidate with an Agent’s Representative certificate, driver’s licence and reliable car, or an experienced Field Officer / Leasing Consultant looking to get their weekends back, and join a high-quality agency to take the next step in their career.
HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, no scheduled Saturdays - Get your weekends back!
SALARY: $55K - $65K + Super depending on experience.
ROLE DUTIES:
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections
- Lease available properties and present to owners
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare condition reports
- Respond to enquiries
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Follow up applications from Renters
Your job will be working as a Leasing Consultant, showing Renters through properties, responding to enquiries and helping people secure their dream rental.
The portfolio of properties is based in the Eastern suburbs, so this role would ideally suit someone who lives in Melbourne's East or South East.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LIKELY HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate (VIC) for Real Estate
- Valid VIC Drivers Licence & your own reliable car to use in the role
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong email / technology skills
- A polite & professional, can-do attitude
