The role of a Full Time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative involves providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and assisting with membership sales and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing friendly and approachable customer service to guests, members, and staff
* Managing general reception duties, including stock take and administrative tasks
* Assisting with membership sales and cross-selling gym services
* Maintaining a clean and organized gym environment, including walking the gym floor and reporting maintenance issues

To be successful in this position, you will need:

* A professional and positive attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* High attention-to-detail skills

Requirements for the role include:

* Previous customer service experience
* Strong PC literacy and administration skills
* Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification
* Police Check
