We are a strong and busy community pharmacy with fantastic local support. Located in a busy Shopping Centre anchored by Coles and Woolworths, our team are experienced and tend to stick around because of our work environment and supportive management team.
We completed a major store rebrand three years ago and are proudly a member of Priceline Pharmacy who provides us with business support and resources so we can spend more time focusing on what is most important - the health of our community.
**About the role**
This role contributes to our team and the community in the following ways:
- Provide a high standard of service to our customers
- Accurately complete any changes of webster packs and scripts requests.
- Assist with dispensing medications.
- Restock the Consis a state-of-the-art dispensing robot.
- Use Fred dispensing software.
- Support customers with general queries, product recommendations and sales transactions
- Be a supportive and positive member of the team
- Help with general admin

**We are looking for**
- Dispensing experience with an S2/S3 certificate
- Outstanding customer service skills and well presented
- Demonstrates sensitivity with customers' needs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised, reliable and punctual
Experience with Fred dispense and DAA systems will be highly regarded.
