We're seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our Blacktown based Service Sales Team, supporting a wide range of industries with Atlas Copco's innovative compressed air solutions
What you'll be doing:
* Engaging with our customers to promote Atlas Copco's products and services.
* Supporting the external sales team by managing enquiries and identifying new opportunities.
* Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and positive outcomes.
To succeed, you will need
* Experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in a technical or service-related industry.
* Customer First Mindset with a passion for delivering helpful and responsive service.
* Goal oriented approach with the motivation to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
* Comfortable with technology, including MS Office; CRM (C4C advantageous) and SAP experience is a plus
