About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Dentist to join our friendly team at Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie in Kalgoorlie, WA. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to our growing patient base in a modern, well-equipped practice.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, treatments, and preventative care
2. Developing personalised treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
3. Maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
4. Collaborating with the wider practice team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
5. Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
What we're looking for
1. Dental degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2. Experienced Dentist or New Graduate
3. Strong clinical and procedural skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients
5. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team
6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for staying current with industry trends
