As our Artist Delivery Lead (Festival & Projects), your are a highly experienced professional with a strong background in artist programming delivery, contracting, and artist relations within festivals, venues, or large-scale live events.

You have deep experience managing the end-to-end artist lifecycle — from contracting and advancing through to on-site delivery — and are confident working with high-profile talent and their teams.

Your strong leadership and mentorship abilities enable you to drive teams in project delivery while maintaining exceptional artist experience standards across festivals, venues, and special projects. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about creating unforgettable live experiences. You are comfortable working under pressure, making proactive decisions, and ensuring that artist requirements and creative intent are upheld and seamlessly integrated across all areas of delivery.

Alongside your artist-focused expertise, you have a strong working understanding of how festivals and live environments operate across departments including Programming, Site Operations, Production, and Finance.

HERE'S WHERE YOU'LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:

* Leading the end-to-end delivery of artist programming across Untitled's key festivals, venue-based activity, and special projects.
* Acting as the primary internal lead for artist-related delivery, working closely with Programming to bring lineups to life across festivals, venues, and projects.
* Overseeing artist contracting processes end-to-end, including deal memo execution, contract tracking, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
* Overseeing artist advancing and liaison functions, ensuring a high standard of communication and experience for artists and their teams.
* Managing artist contract workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely execution across festivals and projects.
* Leading the recruitment and management of Artist Liaison teams, maintaining high standards of artist experience.
* Collaborating closely with teams including Programming, Site Operations, Production, and Finance to ensure artist requirements are accurately integrated into broader festival, venue, and project delivery.
* Overseeing delivery timelines with a focus on artist-related milestones across festivals, venues, and special projects.
* Providing regular updates on project status, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
* Supporting the delivery of venue-based programming, ensuring artist-related delivery is consistent and aligned with broader project timelines.
* Leading venue booking delivery, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and aligned with project timelines.
* Reporting on project milestones, risks, and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.

WHAT YOU BRING:

* Significant experience in artist-focused roles within festivals, touring, agencies, venues, or live events.
* Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to manage teams and ensure clear accountability.
* Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.
* High attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional artist and event experiences.
* Excellent communication skills, both internally with teams and externally with artists and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
* Proven experience managing artist contracts, deal memos, and artist-facing processes.
* Strong understanding of artist advancing, liaison, and talent management within a live event environment.
* Familiarity with contract management, artist liaison processes, and vendor relationship management.
* Strong understanding of how festivals and live environments operate across departments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Programming, Production, Site Operations, and Finance.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
