We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leading Molecular Biologist and Research Innovator to join our team. As a Senior Research Scientist, you will be responsible for leading laboratory processes and development, focusing on molecular biology and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS).
Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing laboratory processes, designing and implementing research and development programs. You will work closely with our clinical trial teams to coordinate sample deliveries and ensure high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. You will be responsible for performing nucleic acid extraction, storing biobank clinical samples, and completing stability, performance, and validation assays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize laboratory processes for molecular biology and NGS
* Design and implement research and development programs
* Liaise with clinical trial teams to coordinate sample deliveries
* Complete stability, performance, and validation assays
Requirements:
* PhD in Molecular Biology or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in molecular biology and NGS
