Lead Mechanic
As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of tradespeople to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively both in workshop and site settings.
* A recognised trade qualification as Mechanical Fitter or equivalent is mandatory.
* At least 5 years of supervisory experience within a related industry is required.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Ability to manage small to medium-sized teams performing maintenance on fixed plant.
* Prior experience in quoting, estimating, and cost control.
* Proficiency in reading and working from drawings.
* Strong organisational and team-working skills.
