About the role
Our Store Managers champion our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Retail management experience.
* A track record of leading by example and delivering top‐tier customer service.
* A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
* Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 20+ staff to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service. Provide coaching, mentoring and commercial guidance to ensure high performance across the store.
