Job Overview
The Logistics Coordinator will ensure the efficient flow of our high-quality fish feed products from warehouse to customers. You'll coordinate with customers, internal departments and external suppliers and couriers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders, verify accuracy, and select efficient fulfilment methods.
* Prepare shipments, schedule deliveries, and track progress.
* Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and assist with stocktakes.
* Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates.
* Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure a safe working environment.
* Assist with stock movements and reporting.
Requirements
* Experience in order processing, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or sales administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Experience with warehouse management system is highly regarded.
