The role
Working as the Early Childhood Centre manager you will be responsible for managing end-to-end daily operations of the 95-place long day care service In this position you will be delivering a high-standard, quality care and pedagogy curriculum programme plan to children and families.
Above award rates $***** - $***** per hour
depending on experience & qualification level plus a generous relocation incentive of up to
$5,000
plus quarterly bonuses.
Full-time permanent position Monday – Friday (set shifts).
95 licensed placement service.
Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
Rostering, working towards budgets and clear communication skills both written and verbal.
Ensuring a safe environment for children, staff, families and the community.
Attracting and maintaining productive and purposeful relationships.
Sound understanding of mandatory reporting processes and ensuring the highest standards of child safety.
Qualifications
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA-approved qualification)
Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
Clear International Police Check (PC)
CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certificates
