Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Data entry of customer sales orders.
- Administration pricing quotes to recent and existing clients.
- Assisting with returns, refunds and warranty guarantees to clients.
- Communications internally with warehouse, logistics, and sales regarding orders and shipments.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a friendly and diligent Customer Service Officer, who has a passionate for the highest level of customer service on all interactions. You will need to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, especially in your data entry requirements. This is a rapid-paced inbound role and one that will require you to take on a multi-faceted position in the workplace. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours on-site in the Clayton office.
