CELOTTI WORKFORCE are currently seeking skilled GPS/Final Trim Grader Operators for ongoing work on civil subdivision projects in Stapylton QLD & Beerwah, Sunshine Coast QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
* Operate grader for bulk earthworks, shaping, and site prep
* Follow site safety procedures and company policies
* Work to levels, grades, and site plans
* Collaborate with site supervisors and other plant operators
Requirements:
* Proven experience operating Graders in a civil construction environment
* RII Grader Ticket
* GPS/Final Trim Experience - required
* Other RII Operating tickets desirable
* Drivers License and Reliable Transport
* Construction White Card
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Flexibility to work across different sites and shifts
