Screener and administrator - Allied and Industrial Health

We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Medical Screener & Administrator to join our Allied and Industrial Health team. This is a dynamic, dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on clinical screening work and front-desk administration.
About the Role
This varied role combines medical screening duties with reception and administrative responsibilities.
Medical Screening Duties:
* Drug & Alcohol Testing
* Audiometric Testing
* Conducting pre-employment and occupational health medicals
* Preparing and maintaining accurate medical documentation
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Administrative Duties:
* Appointment scheduling and billing
* Invoicing and administrative support to the clinical team
* Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records
About You

Desirable Qualifications (Training Available for the Right Candidate)
* HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
* HLT37215 – Certificate III in Pathology Collection
* Previous healthcare administration or medical screening experience
