About the Role
As an Aviation Cleaner/Supervisor at Brisbane Airport, you'll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.
* Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets.
* Emptying rubbish and recycling bins.
* Operating cleaning equipment.
* Ensuring cleanliness throughout the airport for a positive customer experience.
* General cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning spills.
* Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required).
* Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support.
* Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management.
* Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation.
* Report hazards and incidents.
* Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication.
* Minimum one year's supervisory experience in any industry.
* Reliable, proactive, and physically fit.
* Able to work independently and in a team.

Essential Requirements
* Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessments.
* Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal History Clearance).
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Strong work ethic and punctuality.
* Computer literacy.

* High level of presentation and cleanliness.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods, bend and lift.
* Friendly, approachable, and happy disposition.
