The role
We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Maintenance Fitter located at our Campbellfield site in Victoria. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs with a strong focus on planned and predictive maintenance and continuous improvement.

This role is located in Campbellfield, Victoria.
Responsibilities
* Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained.
* Deliver mechanical maintenance services on site.
* Participate in the maintenance program including preventative and corrective maintenance.
* Effectively respond to callouts and unplanned maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Undertake tasks associated with maintenance shutdowns including assistance with planning and organising as required.
* Manage the preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of production moulds to tight tolerances.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of plans to drive continuous improvement.
What you will need to succeed
* Trade Qualification - Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting with welding and machining competence.
* Previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems would be an advantage.
* Proven history in mechanical maintenance, repairs, and hydraulics experience.
* Willingness to be cross trained in all machinery operations.
* Current Fork and Boom Lift licenses.
* A good understanding of computer systems, including SAP, would be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication ability with strong interpersonal skills.
