About the Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Baby. Using the freshest seasonal produce and hand-sourced ingredients in a laidback setting, Baby is an effortless, all-day classic with a neighbourhood feel.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in similar role
- Experience in Pasta/ Hot and Larder Section highly regarded
- Pizza Experience and ability to hand stretch pizza dough is advantageous
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team
- Demonstrate positive attitude and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Solid understanding of food safety
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Time management and organisational skills
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
